About
David Lesniak is a Mechanical Engineering Technology student at Purdue University. His professional interests include using design software such as Autodesk Inventor, CNC machining, and electronics. David currently works for Purdue University as a Laboratory Technician. He also is an open lab TA for MET 284, and industrial controls class. He is very skilled with computers especially with design software. He has an understanding of coding; including visual basic, MATLAB, and G-Code, is able to use all Microsoft Office products, and is familiar with using In Design. His shop skills include casting, precision measurements, arc welding, material property testing, molding, machining, CNC machining, fluid power, stress/strain analysis, thermodynamic systems, manufacturing, and industrial controls. David is a diligent student with a huge interest in technology who is looking to obtain an entry level position in the field of engineering.
